About Friendship Assembly of God

It was a small beginning in June of 1980 when twelve adults and seventeen children, led by founders, Jim and Mary Hagan, met for the first service at Wilson Elementary School. Then giant steps of faith were taken to purchase our first building. Even greater steps were taken as we broke ground for our current facility which was finished in 1997. Moderate growth has continued over these past years and we currently average 375 in attendance for both Sunday morning services. Plans have begun for a possible building addition in the near future.

Engulfs Evangelism—Training of workers, promoting missions giving, and discipleship of new converts.
Enables the Believer—Effecting change to moral and spiritual character through the
Holy Spirit baptism, fellowship, and support.
Enhances the Family—Provide workshops, preaching, and events that encourage
healthy families.
Espouses Social Issues—Encourage an active role in shaping social issues that are
Biblically based without bringing a reproach to Jesus Christ

Mission Statement

Friendship Assembly of God’s mission is to provide the preaching, teaching &
fellowship necessary to build an effective, dynamic body of believers who are
ready, able, and willing to help fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19).
